The FitMiss Burn formula is a complex one containing different ingredients for each of the 6 stages.
Stages 1&2: For Energy and Fat Metabolism
Green Tea Extract
Green Tea contains catechins and ECGG2.
Catechins raise levels of norepinephrine which promotes fat burning.
ECGG plays a part in releasing enzymes that trigger adipose cells to release fat.
The caffeine in green tea acts as a stimulant, providing an energy boost that improves stamina.
This is a naturally occurring dehydrated form of caffeine3.
It works by mimicking adenosine since they both have similar structures.
When adenosine attaches, a neurotransmitter, attaches to certain receptors in the brain, it signals you to feel drowsy or sleepy.
Caffeine anhydrous, because of its similar structure, latches on to those receptors, blocking adenosine from attaching.

This product really works! I am really impressed with the ingredient list and how they lay it all out. They have a 6 stage weight loss blend clearly laid out on the bottle. The thing I first noticed is the water shedding diuretic. Now you are supposed to drink at least one gallon of water daily, and I don’t come close. I drink way more than I used to, but even still, I am constantly running to the bathroom to go #1. My point: the diuretic works.
The second thing I noticed is the appetite control- it really works! I don’t have those peckish moments like I used to. If I forget to take the pills, the snacking urges come back. This is terribly useful as snacking destroys any diet.
The third thing I love about this product is the digestive enzymes. If you have trouble digesting gluten, dairy, sugars, etc, then this will really help you. I used to take Bio-X-4 because of the digestive enzymes but it’s so pricey. Actually, this product is a great dupe for Bio-X-4 and much MUCH cheaper too!
Last note, I have not noticed a “racing heart” or anxiety that can sometimes come with taking a stimulant.

I have taken this product a few times but every time it makes me feel super tingly all over and on the rare occasion gives me the runs!
When it doesnt give me the runs it does really give me the energy i need to power through my work outs after a long day of work! Im not sure I would buy this again because I do want to try other products out there!
The taste is great doesnt taste like chemicals or anything and mixes easy in water
